Miami Sprint Club

Join us for some fun sprints along Miami Beach boardwalk! Embrace the thrill of running fast, surrounded by the beautiful view and fresh air, with friendly good company. Whether you're a power sprinter or just looking to rediscover the joy of running fast, all speeds are welcome. Yes, just sprints! Roughly 50m, 100m. Rest and walk. And repeat!

​We'll kick things off with some warm intro's and light stretching to warm up, then hit the path for some casual sprints. Aim to come early - just in case! We'll do some intros, and head over to the boardwalk around 3:15pm.

​Meeting Point: We'll meet at Crema Gourmet (Collins) - the one by Faena in Mid Beach, Miami Beach

​Parking: There's a parking lot across the street with plenty of space, pretty affordable. About $3 an hour.

​Sprint Club – Fun, Fast, and Exhilarating!

​Rediscover the thrill of running as fast as you can, just for the pure joy of it. In a world where most adult running groups focus on jogging or slow-paced / long-distance running, Sprint Club is here to bring back the exhilaration of sprinting for fun - like when you were a kid.

​This group is all about the excitement of running fast—whether you're a seasoned sprinter or just curious to see how it feels to push your limits. We welcome all speeds, so whether you're lightning fast or just want an excuse to see if your legs can still run, you're in great company. It's not a competition (unless you want). The focus is on running as fast you want, having fun, being safe, and making friends.

​We'll do some light stretching to warm up and help prevent injuries, ensuring everyone can have fun without any setbacks. Feel free to do more of your own stretching and set your own limits. We are not responsible for any injuries of course. You do you, and we want you to be safe. So, lace up your sneakers, and leave the office chair butt-print behind. Join us and have some fun sprinting through the city together!
