Miami-Dade TPO Safe Streets Cinema

The event will convene elected officials, international representatives, transportation experts, and industry leaders to discuss best practices and global perspectives on bicycle culture and infrastructure. TPO’s “Safe Street Cinema” is proposed as part of on-going efforts to raise awareness and identify solutions for reducing bicyclist and pedestrian fatalities and serious injuries in Southeast Florida.

The Safe Streets Cinema Event is intended to serve as an educational and policy dialogue platform by presenting the best international practices through the screening of a documentary film focused on cycling culture and infrastructure. The screening will be followed by a panel discussion with policymakers, global experts, and industry leaders to explore how similar solutions can be implemented in Southeast Florida. The event will also serve as an opportunity to strengthen collaboration between transportation agencies, international partners, local governments, and private sector mobility innovators.
