MCW Day 5: Charles & Piper Heidsieck Dinner at Fleming’s SteakhouseThere are few names as iconic in Champagne as Charles Heidsieck. Known for his audacious adventures and world-renowned wines since the 1850s, both seasoned and new champagne lovers alike can’t seem to get enough of Champagne Charlie. Piper Heidsieck, born from the union of a cousin of Charles and Henri-Guillaume Piper, have been making in-demand champagne for so long that Marie Antoinette was the first brand ambassador. Both houses bring prestige and fascinating histories, which is why we are showing them together for our final event of Miami Champagne Week 2021. The wines will be presented by Raffaele Benassi, Director of European Business Development for Breakthru Beverage in Florida. Mr. Benassi will be educating us on a range of wines while we enjoy a full course meal.
Guests will dine on the following menu:
Appetizer: Bread course with chef’s cheese selection
First course: Caesar salad with hearts of romaine, parmesan, fried capers, crispy prosciutto
Second course: choice of Filet Mignon or double breast of chicken with mashed potatoes and creamed spinach
Dessert: choice of New York cheesecake or chocolate gooey butter cake
Water, coffee and tea are included.

Tickets include all tax and service. Reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis so RSVP soon.
