MCW Day 4: Champagne Taittinger Dinner at Fiola MiamiThe Taittinger family has managed the Champagne House for nearly a century. Currently the third largest domaine in Champagne, Taittinger’s wines are crafted from grapes grown in 37 different crus, some of which are considered the best in the appellation. The philosophy behind the composition of Taittinger Champagnes is to keep only the best, remain true to oneself, and find that unique pleasure for just a moment, or for a whole lifetime.
Both longtime Taittinger fans and those new to the experience will see that philosophy reflected in the stellar lineup of wines for the fourth event of Miami Champagne Week 2021. Join us on Thursday, October 14th at 7pm at Fiola restaurant to taste an incredible lineup of Taittinger champagnes that will be served alongside an outstanding menu. The wines will be presented by Antoine Collet, Luxury Brand Specialist for the Kobrand Corporation’s French portfolio.
Guests will dine on the following menu:
First course: a choice of asparagus, apricot and whipped goat cheese salad; Burrata salad; or Cobia ceviche
Second course: choice of Cacio e Pepe pasta; Fisherman’s style fish of the day; or Wood fired skirt steak
Dessert: choice of coppetta seasonal sorbeto; tiramisu; or Fiola chocolate tart
Water, coffee and tea are included.
