This is more than a workshop — it’s a transformational experience grounded in compassion, mindfulness, and meaningful change.
About this Event

This immersive, 8-hour onsite workshop brings Motivational Interviewing (MI) directly into your organization—designed to strengthen your team’s communication, compassion, and mental health resilience. Through a blend of live demonstrations, guided mindfulness, and peer-based role-play, healthcare professionals learn how to use MI to foster patient trust, navigate resistance, and support behavioral change with empathy and clarity. The course also integrates self-care tools to help your staff manage stress, avoid burnout, and reconnect with the purpose behind their care.
How does this course helps your team to connect with patients:

This in-house workshop brings Motivational Interviewing (MI) directly to your healthcare team, equipping them with practical tools to strengthen patient connection, reduce resistance, and navigate difficult conversations with empathy. Through real-world simulations, guided mindfulness, and hands-on communication practice (OARS), participants learn how to create a safe, respectful space for patients to explore change, feel heard, and take ownership of their care.
Why It Matters for Your Team:
In today’s high-pressure healthcare environments, technical skill alone isn’t enough. This training helps professionals build deeper patient trust, improve treatment adherence, and reduce emotional disengagement—by shifting from advice-giving to guided, compassionate dialogue. It also supports the well-being of your staff through self-awareness and emotional regulation strategies, resulting in a more resilient, connected, and human-centered workplace.
