MI 2030 Food Waste Coalition July Meeting

Our next stop is Grand Rapids! Join your fellow food waste fighters to network, share best practices, and brainstorm new ways to address food waste.

This meeting will center around communication and messaging. We'll talk about ways to:

• Broaden the Coalition's membership to include who's missing, including chefs/food service, business, government
• Accelerate change, particularly in business and schools where there is less momentum currently
• Amplify the issue of food waste reduction

We will have a food truck on site for you to purchase lunch. Feel free to bring your own if you prefer!

The meeting will take place at Home Repair Services followed by a tour of Coalition member Community Food Club of Grand Rapids right next door.

Important: parking will be in the church parking lot behind the building. The Food Club opens at 10 and customers will be using that parking lot.
