• Date: Saturday, Jan. 7th

• Time: 5:30pm

5:30 pm venue will open and cocktail hour; 6:30 pm dinner; 8:00 pm live band JUNK FM

• Don't forget your dancing shoes! Jacket and Tie / Cocktail attire is welcomed

• Dinner will be plated of your choosing:

Chicken Veronique (GF) sauteed in rice flour with chandon sparkling wine sauce, topped with red grapes served with a twice backed potato (gf) & garlic green beans (gf,df)

Beef Short Ribs (GF, DF) oven-braised beef short rib with sangria reduction service with a twice baked potato (gf) and garlic green beans 9gf, df)

Crusted Walleye (GF, DF) pecan served with lemon and tartar (not df) served with a twice baked potato (gf) and garlic green beans (gf, df)

Butternut Squash Ravioli (V) with dried cranberries, spinach & toasted walnuts in a brown butter sauce.

A cash bar will be available and credit cards will be accepted.
