About this Event
We will be meeting at Piedmont Park for a community gathering in awareness of it being Mental Health Awareness Month! We will have an instructor to help us with stretching and breathing techniques. Then we will WALK TOGETHER AS A COMMUNITY! Also, upon arrival, we will be giving away shirts from a local clothing brand in Metro Atlanta so we can all be in Unity!
After we Network, Stretch, Walk, we will be going out for smoothies on us! Donations are accepted but the event is FREE

Info: We will introduce ourselves and have everyone connect! The goal is to network and build community!

Stretching/Breathing Exercises

Info: We will get lined up and follow the stretching and breathing techniques of our instructor! Let’s learn together

Community Walk

Community Game
Info: We will play a quick game before we go get smoothies! It will include a monetary giveaway!

Info: We are still deciding on the place we’re grabbing the smoothies from. It’s a few places near by. We will choose the place together as a community!
