Let's celebrate International Yoga Day together by practicing mindfulness and relaxation through various yoga poses and meditation technique

Welcome to International Yoga Day!

All MFT Staff - Come and join us to celebrate on 21st June 2024 (5-7 pm)

Venue: Anaesthetic seminar room A,B and C – 5th Floor St Mary’s Hospital

Bring your mats (must) /water bottle /blanket. Any level / All abilities welcome

We will do some asanas (postures), breathing techniques and meditation

Aims of the day:

• Understand the benefits of yoga practice in today’s busy lifestyle

• Focus on physical postures along with breath coordination

• Discuss ways to incorporate practice into your daily routine
