In each guided tasting, we will take you through the nuances of production, cultivation, the impact of different agave varieties, why ancestral techniques are so important, and a few suprises along the way!

Both classes will feature tastings of different agave varietals, how their differences show in a glass and on your palette, and we'll show you how we love to use mezcal!
