Sol Haven and The Loving Chef lovingly invite you to our monthly themed dinner evening to be held in the yurt.
Mexican inspired plant-based 3-course dinner, all prepared by the amazing Natasha, The Loving Chef - our on-site vegan chef!
We would love to welcome you on this fantastic evening, we are going to incorporate some fun elements too!!
Soft drinks will be served throughout the event, with a welcoming glass of virgin mojito upon arrival
NOTE: The kitchen is NOT nut-free and all dishes contain nuts and seeds.
Doors open at 7 pm to gather around the communal table
7.15 - the starters come out - a combination of amazing picky dishes to create your own combinations
The main course will be then served - Sizzling fajitas, guacamole, black beans
And the dessert will be Mexican Chocolate and Avocado mousse with chili - served with a traditional Mexican hot chocolate drink

The Loving Chef, an award-winning culinary artist, embarked on her gastronomic journey creating a chocolate and cake business at the age of 9, advancing to Michelin chef training in many establishments and at Ecole Hoteliere Lausanne in Switzerland. As a former restaurant owner, she enhanced her skills and developed a deep appreciation for the art of cooking. In 2016, she embraced a vegan lifestyle, which transformed her approach to food and nutrition, and now runs her own business in Moulton, just outside Northampton, where she is dedicated to growing organic ingredients in her community garden and thrives on dishes created from seed to plate.
Her expertise and passion for vegan cuisine have led her to speak at prestigious events such as Vegan Life Live at Alexandra Palace in London and Silverstone Food Fest, where she shares her knowledge and enthusiasm with audiences. The Loving Chef is dedicated to crafting vegan and refined sugar-free creations that are not only healthy but also simple and delicious. Her mission is to nourish both body and soul while fostering a deeper connection with Mother Earth through every dish she creates.
