We’re back with another Monday Night Pop-Up! These one-night-only events are some of our most popular evenings, where Maciel and the team create a special menu around a single theme. In honor of Mexican Independence Day, we’re celebrating our roots with a Mexican Night — join us for a festive evening of bold, flavorful, plant-based Mexican dishes.

Crispy griddled tortillas filled with marinated, juicy beef and melty cheese, served with a spicy, rich consommé for dipping... small (corn tortillas) $15 / large (flour tortillas) $20

House-made chipotle hummus on a huarache, topped with a refreshing mango cactus salsa... $13

A colorful, crunchy, citrusy jicama slaw with a spicy kick... $9

Our popular, silky chocolate mousse topped with fresh berries & cream... $8

To reserve your spot, place a $20 deposit and pre-select the items you’d like to order. The deposit will be applied toward your meal total at the event. This helps us reduce no-shows and food waste.

Seating will be available both indoors and outdoors. You can choose to dine in or take your meal to-go when you arrive. Join us anytime between 6:00–8:30pm.
