Another classic CabCo Beer Dinner, just in time for Summer. This dinner's theme is Mexican cuisine inspired, each paired with a bespoke beer or cocktail, available only during the dinner. Peep the details below!First Course - Siesta Michelada - Siesta Mexican Lager w/ Lime, Shrimp, Cucumber, Pineapple, and a Chimoy & Tajin rim.
Second Course - Chips and Loaded Guacamole. Paired with Corazón Single Barrel Reposado Margarita.
Third Course - Braised Short Rib Tostada - Paired with Corazón Reposado BA Imperial Gose, rested on lime zest.
Fourth Course - Jumbo Shrimp Tacos - Paired with Reposado Old Fashioned.
Fifth Course - Grilled Pineapple Empanada - Paired with El Brujo, an Eagle Rare Barrel Aged stout, rested on cocoa nibs, vanilla beans and chilis.
