About this Event
Join us for dinner & a discussion on The Situation Room, a work of historical nonfiction by author George Stephanopoulos. The book provides an in-depth look at some of the most historically important crises managed in the White House’s Situation Room, which came into existence in 1961 during the presidency of John F. Kennedy. The Situation Room is structured with a chapter dedicated to each of the 12 most recent U.S. presidents and the respective crises that they faced in office.
PARKING: Please park underneath in the garage underneath 50 East RiverCenter Blvd., Covington, KY 41011; navigate to the garage's lower floors for ample parking. Place your parking ticket in your pocket, follow the signs to the Metropolitan Club, which is on the 19th Floor. When you arrive, present your parking ticket to our concierge so that we can validate it for free parking.
