7:10-7:15 PM Sascha Luinenberg

Sascha Luinenburg is a Leiden-based writer and poet. His work lulls, pleads, hums and creaks, searching for a livable home in an increasingly incomprehensible world. It has appeared in the Seasonzine and Sunday Mornings at the River, among others. He can be found on Instagram @DeepFakeDichter.

7:15-7:30 PM Ato Perez

Raised by Spanish parents during the 2000s, flamenco music (Camaron De La Isla, Paco de Lucía, Los Delinquentes) and modern English-speaking folk (The Tallest Man On Earth, Rodríguez, Jake Bugg) were part of Ato's everyday diet. At the age of 12 Ato started writing his own music, falling within these two very different worlds and creating a unique signature sound: English-speaking folk-rock music rooted in Spanish traditional music. Still while being underage he often played around his hometown and soon after, motivated by people's reactions Ato released his first debut EP "Fools", which was a local success. While promoting Fools around Spain, Denmark, and The Netherlands Ato has been working on his second studio album "Smoking Inside" in which he dives into the merging between traditional and modern music in a very theatrical way. The album was released on the 16th of December 2022.

He delivers deeply emotional lyrics and patiently-crafted melodies with indie/folk songs. His smooth vocals are well paired with his music in a dance of delicacy and gravity.
