MetroConnect Presents: Meet the Buyers

Meet the Buyers is a MetroConnect event presented by the Diversity & Economic Opportunity Department (DEOD) where small business owners have the opportunity to meet and engage directly with Metro buyers regarding upcoming procurement opportunities and small business participation.

The event is designed to foster meaningful conversations between Metro staff and the small business community, providing attendees with insight into Metro’s purchasing needs, procurement processes, and available resources. Businesses can introduce their firms, ask questions, build relationships, and learn how to better position themselves for future contracting opportunities.

The workshop also includes a brief overview of DEOD’s small business resources and MetroConnect initiatives, helping attendees better understand the tools and programs available to support their growth and participation in Metro contracting.
