Join us for an exclusive, fast-paced real estate update hosted by the Little Rock Regional Chamber. The focus will be on the latest trends and future projections in both commercial and residential real estate. This event will be an opportunity to convene and engage with industry experts, investors and community leaders to discuss key developments and upcoming projects shaping the Metro Little Rock region. Don't miss the opportunity to network with industry professionals and stay ahead of the curve in Metro Little Rock's dynamic real estate market.
Meet our Presenters:
Jack Thomas: As vice president of economic development at the Little Rock Regional Chamber, Jack Thomas manages key relationships with company executives, site selection consultants, city and county officials, state agencies, utility providers and economic development partners like the Port of Little Rock and the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport. Leading a team of economic development professionals, Thomas spearheads efforts in business attraction, retention and expansion, and small-business development, highlighting diversity and workforce development. He also facilitates the work done by the Metro Little Rock Alliance, a 12-county economic development organization showcasing the business opportunities in Central Arkansas.
James Isom: James leads each deal and works with Isom Company’s partners to understand their goals, and develop a financial model that meets those goals. His relationships with financial institutions, local government, and private investment groups allow him to create unique capital structures benefitting all stakeholders.
With 20+ years of experience building diverse teams, Isom Company selects each team member on a per deal basis based on their experience and understanding of the unique nature of the project. James will oversee each project and work with Isom Company’s partners, municipalities, designers, contractors, consultants, and the brokerage team to deliver Isom Company’s projects on time and within budget.
Janet Jones: Janet Jones, Owner and President of The Janet Jones Company, a successful real estate company based on a love of helping people. Janet started her company in 1980.
