METBA Strategic Reset: Community Vision Session

As part of METBA’s 2026 strategic reset, this facilitated work session is focused on listening and shared vision. Rather than discussing specific events or projects, participants will be invited to reflect on METBA’s purpose, role, and priorities as an organization.

The input gathered during this session will directly inform the board’s February retreat, where project and event planning for the year will take place. This session is designed to ensure members feel heard, understand the organization's direction, and help shape a sustainable and effective future for METBA.

This will be a structured, facilitated conversation focused on forward-looking ideas and organizational clarity.
