Ambulant tickets are step-free or minimal step seats, within the standard stadium seating. They're not on a separate raised platform, so customers in the rows in front may stand during the event.
Wheelchair tickets are a position without a seat, designed to accommodate a wheelchair user, alongside a companion seat. If a customer does not use a wheelchair, but has accessibility requirements, they should select Ambulant tickets. There is no Wheelchair access to the pitch standing.
By purchasing an Accessible ticket, you confirm that you or a member of your party require Accessible tickets. Proof of eligibility/disability must be provided before the event; you will be contacted by Ticketmaster no later than 72 hours after your order. Tickets may be cancelled if misuse is suspected/found.
A free companion ticket is included with all paid accessible tickets (Ambulant, Sight Impaired, BSL & Wheelchair) and will be added to your order at a later date.
