You’re invited to come to Black Locust Studio/Delta8 Denton and rock out with us for a great cause!✨One in every 3 people has suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury, so chances are you know someone who has had to endure recovering from this type of injury. To lighten the seriousness of the event that is a passion project for Elizabeth, owner of Black Locust Studio, whose father suffered a TBI 20 years ago, she asked that it be heavy metal themed in reference to metal being used in many TBI surgeries to repair injuries.
✨There will be music by Nihilnoir, vendors, food by Insurgent, all to raise awareness, celebrate how far the Elizabeth's dad Tommy has come since his TBI 20 years ago, as well as to raise money for Corey Claytor and his family as he recovers from a TBI.
✨There will be a raffle with amazing prizes from Union Bear, Tried and True, Oak Street, Eastside, Miss Angeline’s, Greenhouse, Black Locust Studio, and more. 100% off proceeds will go to the Claytor family.
✨An art installation of photos by Corey Claytor will be available for purchase, curated by the Greater Denton Arts Council with 100% of the earnings going to Corey and his family. Black Locust Studio is proudly a sister gallery for GDAC!
