META-Columbus Spring Library User Group Meeting (for META clients only)

The 2025 Spring META Columbus Spring Library User Group Meeting and Open Lab is scheduled for 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM on 5/8/2025 for an engaging day filled with valuable updates, collaborative discussions, and hands-on activities.

In the morning, Erin Kelsey from the State Library of Ohio will join us to discuss the Ohio Collection Analysis Initiative. We will also provide updates on our Library Services Platform. These Library User Meetings are a time for us to share with you all that INFOhio has been working on, updates, and new resources. It is also a time for you to share with your colleagues what you have been doing in your library and school. Please send us anything that you want to share or discuss at the meeting, and we will add it to the agenda.

In the afternoon, there will be an Open Lab where we will show you how to export your collection for a Collection Analysis. For those of you with a box or two of books that you are still trying to catalog, this is a chance to work on those uninterrupted and to get assistance if needed. (Don’t forget to bring a scanner.)

A detailed agenda will be sent before the meeting. We look forward to seeing you in person, but if you can’t attend, a virtual option will be available for the library system updates segment.
