*Please note, M.E.S.S. usually falls on the last Monday of every month - given Memorial Day Weekend, we decided to hold May's MESS gathering on June 1st from 6-8PM, and June's gathering will resume on the last Monday of the month, which is June 29th from 6-8PM. Welcome to M.E.S.S. - a free circle gathering designed for Masculine Energy Spiritual Support.
Guided by Brett Terrien, aka The Messy Shaman, MESS is a group that focuses on helping individuals grow in their understanding/awareness of the balance of masculine and feminine energy. Over the years, the concept of masculinity has been defined by societal norms and expectations and not often in a good light.
MESS aims to challenge these norms and explore new possibilities for what masculinity could look like.
Through support and guidance, MESS helps individuals tap into their inner masculine energy and understand how it influences their thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. This group provides a safe space for everyone to share their experiences, challenges, and aspirations.
