Celebrate National Mezcal Day with Mia Kasta at Encanto
Join us on October 21st. National Mezcal Day for an intimate evening celebrating the flavors, traditions, artistry of mezcal and Mexican cusine driven by, Chef Julio, Chef Rene, and Chef Fausto.
Mia Kasta and Encanto are coming together for a special five-course pairing dinner, featuring five thoughtfully crafted dishes paired with five unique Mia Kasta mezcal cocktails. Each pairing is designed to bring out new flavors in both the food and the mezcal, creating a dining experience meant to be enjoyed one course at a time.
But the evening goes beyond cocktails.
Guests will also be guided through special tastings of three Mia Kasta mezcal expressions, including our signature Espadín, an exclusive first taste of our new Tobalá ahead of its official release next year, and a very special Espadín distilled with cempasúchil (marigold) in the tradition of Día de los Muertos.
And to make the evening even more exciting, we'll be hosting a special Mia Kasta bottle giveaway, giving one lucky guest the opportunity to take home a bottle of our mezcal!
Expect an evening of incredible food, mezcal, storytelling, and a few pours you won't normally have the opportunity to experience.
