The Foundations program is for players that have a 2.0 to 3.0 rating that are looking to improve their game.
Each day includes direct instruction of specific strokes and strategies, skill development, and game implementation. Each learning segment is concluded with a culminating game. All aspects of the game will be included: including injury prevention, mental toughness training, and competitive-edge practices.
