About this Event
MERSCOPE: Mapping the Future with Spatial Genomics
Join us for a fascinating journey into the world of spatial genomics! This in-person event will explore cutting-edge technologies that are revolutionizing how we understand the complexities of the genome. Discover the latest tools and techniques used in mapping genomes and uncovering the secrets of gene expression. Lunch Provided please register for event.
In this presentation, we will introduce you to Vizgenās all-in-one in situ genomic platforms MERSCOPE and ULTRA, which enables the direct profiling of the spatial organization of intact tissue with genomic-scale throughput. MERSCOPE is a cutting-edge spatial biology platform powered by MERFISH technology, capable of co-detecting up to 1000 genes and 6 proteins in cultured cells, FFPE, fresh frozen, and fixed frozen tissue types and virtually any species. You will learn how MERSCOPE spatial genomics can be applied to a wide range of biological research areas.
