Join me for an all-levels dance class that is a whole brain-body experience. This class we will embrace the holidays and tap into the joy of the season. Whether you seek to learn the art of Bellydance or simply connect with yourself in community, step outside of your comfort zone and join me. This class is geared towards learning fundamental bellydance posture and movement and I will weave in different styles including Raqs Sharqi, American Cabaret, American Tribal Style, and Datura Style Bellydance. I use Embodyoga® principals in all of my classes as I trust it to provide cues for sound body mechanics and encourage the depth of exploration.
