The Advanced Cadillac, Chair & Barrels (ACCB) course is structured into three separate modules to allow you to choose which element to take, and when (they will likely be scheduled consecutively). Completion of all three modules below is required to be eligible for certification.
In order to start ACCB, students must have completed the Essential and Intermediate repertoire taught in Level 1 ICCB courses.

> Muscular initiation and sequencing of Advanced-level exercises
> Multiple variations for variety and intensity
> 56 exercises
Advanced Cadillac (ACAD)
This six-hour course held over one-day, prepares you to teach 28 Advanced-level exercises, plus modifications using the Cadillac for highly conditioned clients.
Advanced Stability Chair (ACHR)
This three-hour course held over one-day, provides you with 14 Advanced Stability Chair™ exercises, plus modifications for highly conditioned clients.
Advanced Barrels (ABRL)
This three-hour course held over one-day, equips you with 14 Advanced-level exercises, plus modifications using the Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and Arc Barrel for highly conditioned clients.
