Three autumn evenings on the trails of Groot Constantia.
The MERRELL Night Run Series returns to Cape Town for a relaxed midweek gathering where runners head out just after sunset, guided by the beam of a headlamp and the quiet rhythm of the vineyards and mountain trails.
Whether you are new to night running or returning for another season, the series offers a welcoming way to experience the trails in a completely different light.

A headlamp is required for all runners.
After the run, the evening continues at Simon’s Restaurant with food, drinks, lucky draw prizes, and time to share the stories from the trail.
Each finisher receives a bottle of Groot Constantia Rosé (valued at R140) and also receives a R50 Simon’s Restaurant voucher to use on the evening.
The final event on 13 May is our Colourful Night, where runners are invited to come as colourful as possible. The most joyful outfit will be chosen by crowd response.
Limited to 250 runners per event.
