Buy your ticket on eventbrite or at the shop but you will need a ticket to keep your spot! We only have a certain amount of room so if space runs out before you grab one then the event will be sold out.

We will also be using ticket sales to keep track of who's coming, not the list on meetup.

You can get a refund for your ticket any time up to 48 hours before the event.

Dotted across fairy tales and our own fertile imaginations, mermaids have been a staple as one of the most iconic magical beings for ages. It may or may not surprise you to know that mermaids have myths that go back thousands of years, describing them as beautiful and graceful, or fearsome and grotesque. We will be looking into the origins of some of these myths, how they are similar, how they differ, and how they connect to witches.

Much of this class will be about the folklore of mermaids, so I hope you are ready to get chatty and delve into some deep waters here. With enough luck, we might even have a little time left to work some magic as well.
