Mermaid Movement is a feminine empowerment, multi dynamic class created to bring us out of our heads and into our bodies. Combining dance and yoga we create medicinal movement for the spirit and the physical body. Music is used as a tool to connect deeper alongside Aromatherapy breathwork, meditation + more. Join Alicia Richardson in moving stagnant energy and to step out of this class more powerful than ever. No experience necessary. This class is for all levels, all bodies, and all abilities.
