This workshop will focus on the chakras, their activation, and their integration into shiatsu practice according to Pauline Sasaki's model. We will learn practical applications for when to use them, or conversely, when to use the meridians to maximize our sessions.
The majority of the work during this workshop will be hands-on. A little theory will accompany us throughout these three days. Many exercises to activate our chakras and plenty of practice throughout these three days! This workshop is open to everyone, shiatsu practitioners or students of all styles, as well as practitioners with different training and practices who are interested in learning more about the chakras. Diego will provide simple and applicable information for everyone.
