For one night only, we are collaborating with Bazaar to host an intimate, multi-course tasting experience led by Executive Chefs Eduardo Osorio and Belal Kattan, where Syrian influence meets Meridian's refined global technique.With limited seating and a one-time-only menu, this exclusive pop-up is designed for guests who crave bold flavors, beautiful technique, and something truly unforgettable.
ABOUT THE MENU
The evening begins with vibrant canapés, including red snapper tartare layered with ras el hanout and coconut, alongside green pea hummus with petite vegetables. From there, the menu unfolds through thoughtfully composed courses: delicate lamb carpaccio with pecorino and artichoke; ricotta ravioli with tarragon, squash blossom, fava beans, and lemon beurre monté; and sturgeon paired with fresh garbanzo and sea beans.
The experience builds to a 48-hour braised Rosewood Wagyu short rib with sunchoke bordelaise, arugula purée, and garlic scapes, before concluding with a layered mille-feuille featuring brown butter banana custard, goat cheese gelato, and macerated gooseberries.
