About this module
Would you like to feel comfortable and confident in providing services to LGBTIQA+ people who use your service, as well as supporting your colleagues?
Our Foundation module will give you the essential skills and knowledge to feel comfortable and confident to embrace diversity and improve your service user experience.
This course draws on evidence-based statistics and research conducted by leading institutions including La Trobe University and UNSW, which can help your organisation provide more inclusive outcomes for staff and services users.
Whether you are just beginning your journey of LGBTIQA+ inclusion, are on the way and feel like you could benefit from more knowledge or you need a refresher, this is a great place to start.
