DISCOVER TRUE ITALIAN FLAVORS, explore delicious products new to the Tampa Bay area, enjoy wine samplings and a scrumptious buffet of Italian specialties!

Delicacies made from scratch:

• 12pm to 2pm | Pasta Buffet: Cacio & Pepe, Pasta alla Norma, Pasta con sarde, and more!
• 2pm to 3pm | Street food tastings: Arancini, Panelle, Crocchette - samplings of Prosciutto, Mortadella e Parmigiano, more cheeses and cold cuts on freshly baked focaccia!
• 3pm to 5pm | Live Cooking Demonstrations: Sicilian Chef Salvatore Argento shares the secrets of his art, Carolina Bernal of TalkingPasta shows how to make quick and easy authentic Italian snacks
• 5pm to 6pm | Sweets buffet: Cannoli, Cassatine, Marzipan & Almond Cookies and more!
