It’s Meowga time! 🧘🐱
Join us for Kitten Yoga on Saturday, July 11th at Heart Stone Wellness & Movement in Oak Grove! Led by studio owner and certified yoga instructor Kimmie Paola, this 60-minute, beginner-friendly class is the perfect way to stretch, unwind, and enjoy plenty of playful kitten cuddles, all while supporting the animals at Southern Pines Animal Shelter.
