You are invited to join Luke Levitt PT coach and wellbeing guru, Tom Sutton founder of Sauna Box and Bobby Spooner woodcarver extraordinaire for a day of connection in the beautiful surroundings of Albion Nights.In a world where we feel more connected than ever before by technology, the internet and social media, we are becoming more disconnected from reality and each other. For so many, the majority of our connections are through a screen or a phone, away from nature and human contact.
Luke says "We wanted to create a day where men can get outside reconnect with nature and disconnect from their work, phones & screens while making real-life connections with other like-minded men."
