The Men’s Telehealth Group, led by Carla Beedy, LAC, provides a safe, confidential, and supportive space for men to connect, share experiences, and build practical skills for navigating stress, emotions, relationships, and life pressures. Designed for men who may feel isolated or hesitant to seek support, this group offers community-based healing and real tools — all from the privacy of telehealth.This group is for men who are:
• Seeking a safe, confidential, and supportive space
• Experiencing high stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm
• Feeling isolated despite appearing “high-functioning”
• Navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, or work pressure
• Wanting to break through barriers around emotional expression
Common challenges addressed:
• Anxiety, depression, and repressed emotions
• Anger, loneliness, and relationship strain
• Career stress and pressure to “hold it together”
• Reluctance to seek support due to stigma
