This day is just for you guys! Experience Reiki, a Drumming Meditation, Yin Yoga, discussion and Q&A about relationships led by nationally renowned Dr. Anna Yusim and her husband Jesse, Tarot and Oracle Readings, plus Guided Meditation with Yoga Nidra. We'll share tips for stress-reduction, meditation, and crystals, too.Bring a water bottle and yoga mat if you have one. A hearty lunch of smoked meats and roasted vegetables, snacks and everything else you need is included.

Jesse David Harris is a Film Director, Cinematographer and Photographer. A theme in Jesse’s film projects is the authentic expression and positive power of men. His work focuses on enabling men to balance masculinity and sensitivity. Prior to entering the film industry, Jesse was a male fashion model who lived, worked and travelled all over the world for 25 years. He was regularly featured in GQ, Vogue, and the catwalks of Milan and New York. Jesse and his wife, Dr. Anna Yusim, recently moved to Woodbury, Connecticut. www.jessesdavidharris.com
Dr. Anna Yusim is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist with a Private Practice in New York City. She is a
Lecturer at Yale Medical School, where she is creating a Mental Health and Spirituality
Program. Dr. Yusim completed her undergraduate education at Stanford University, where she
studied Biology & Philosophy. She attended Yale Medical School & the NYU Residency Training
Program in Psychiatry. She has traveled, lived and worked in over 50 countries and presented at
numerous national and international medical conferences. Dr. Yusim has published over 70
academic articles, book chapters, scientific abstracts and book reviews on various topics in
psychiatry.
