Men’s Naked Partner Yoga

Join Nathan and Marty as they lead a fun and invigorating flow catered to partnering postures and Acro yoga basics. The class will move similar to a typical flow with moments to partner up for assisted stretching, stability and mobility, and syncing breath together. In this all-levels class, we’ll offer variations for those that wish for a challenge. Some yoga experience is preferred but not necessary. Come prepared with your mat, water, and a towel. Attendees can plan to be with one partner for the whole class or the option to rotate partners will also be available. Pricing will be per person.
