Ice baths are one of the most mental & physical beneficial practices you can utilize to gain mental clarity & focus as well as reducing pain & improve your immune system support. Fire gazing boosts your ability to concentrate as well as calms the mind with its crackling frequencies & energy. Join me on March 16th at 4:30PM for the Men’s fire & ice ceremony! We will start with a short grounding meditation followed by an ice bath & fire gazing with warm tea & conversation. The benefits of combining both of these practices are phenomenal for aligning the mind body & spirit. My goal is to provide a safe space for us to come together as men to practice some of the primal techniques used by our ancestors. I look forward to sharing this experience with you!
