Join us for an intentional session of yoga and sound healing designed exclusively for men.
Led by Troy Moore, whose classes emphasize mobility, breath, and mindful movement, this clothing-optional experience creates a supportive, judgment-free space where men can move freely, embrace body acceptance, and fully let go from 6pm - 7pm. The session closes with an immersive sound bath from 7pm - 8pm to ground the body and quiet the mind, leaving you restored from the inside out.
$20 registration fee required to secure your spot.
