We invitie you to savor the delights of our brand-new menu for the season of 2024/25 at the iconic Ayers House!

From the grandeur of the Victorian era to the modern innovations of today, each dish is a culinary masterpiece crafted with precision and passion.

We will sample an array of mouthwatering dishes expertly curated by our talented chefs. From elegant appetizers to show-stopping main courses, our menu offers something to delight every palate.

The menu is below, each course will be served alternately around the table;

Tandoori Style Grilled Chicken Breast with red lentil dahl, salted lime yoghurt, mint oil and House made Naan

Silver Whiting Fillets Crumbed & Fried with a Sicilian vegetable caponata and roasted garlic aioli

MAIN (alternate drop)

Chargrilled Fillet of Beef with bacon jam, baby spinach, saffron & olive oil Roma tomatoes and jus GF DF

or

Grilled Atlantic Salmon Fillet with creamed leeks, white bean hummus, capers and saltbush butter GF

And a select group of wines from the Premium II and Premium III drinks package for free!

All other drinks are available for purchase.

Terms and Conditions (Please ensure ALL members of your booking are made aware of our Terms & Conditions);

Payment

• $80 per person all-inclusive and includes GST.

• Strictly no exchange or refund on tickets.

• Ayers House Weddings & Events management reserves the right to cancel events, 24 hours notice will be given of cancellation prior to the event. In the case a cancellation occurs, payment will not be refunded, a credit for future tastings (on a date of your choice) will be placed on file.

Table Allocations

• Table allocations are made at the discretion of Ayers House Weddings & Events

• Tables are set for the confirmed number of guests in your booking, not shared with other parties

COVID-19 Guidelines

• Ayers House will be guided by prevailing South Australian Government COVID-19 guidelines at the time of event. In the event of any changes, we will keep you informed.

• In the event of Ayers House are unable to hold the event, full payments will be refunded.

Other

• Limited paid parking facilities on the grounds of the property. Alternatively, U-Park Frome St is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all attendees (invitees and other persons attending the event under booking) behave in an orderly manner during the event. Any person deemed to be creating an undue disturbance, annoyance or inconvenience to patrons and staff, before, during or after the event will be asked to leave the premises and/or in extreme cases to terminate the event – these actions are at the absolute discretion of Ayers House Weddings & Events management.

• Any variances to the booking terms, conditions, and special arrangements are only valid with prior written arrangement from Ayers House Weddings & Events management.
