Join Dr. Reginald Blockett, Program Coordinator & Assistant Professor of Higher Education Administration at Auburn University, and Dr. Quortne Hutchings, Assistant Professor of Higher Education at Northern Illinois University, as they engage attendees in a virtual workshop focused on centering mentorship relationship building and support for minoritized queer and trans graduate students. Attendees will learn about recommendations and current literature on mentorship program practices that faculty and staff can utilize to cultivate inclusive mentoring practices in their roles and positions.
