This Mentor Conference 2 will cover:

> The importance of the second year of the Early Career Teachers Programme

> The similarities and differences between the first and second year

> Your role as mentor within the programme in year 2

> How teachers build more expert mental models

> How to adapt instructional coaching as early career teachers develop expertise

Dress code is smart mart business dress, as you would normally wear for school. A light, sandwich lunch will be provided, along with tea and coffee on arrival and for morning break.
