After lots of conversations, encouragement and community support, I’m so excited to announce that the Mental Wellbeing Club will be starting on 8th September
This is a space for people who want to better understand themselves, improve their wellbeing and learn practical tools they can use in everyday life.
Over 8 weeks we will explore:
� Understanding Your Nervous System
� Stress & Anxiety
� Mental Wellbeing & Emotional Resilience
� Parenting & Family Wellbeing
Each session combines education, discussion and practical strategies in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a difficult season, supporting others, or simply wanting to invest in your wellbeing, you are warmly welcome.
