MENTAL WELL-BEING WINE BAR

Most people go to the wine bar to disrupt the routine of their life, escape problems or switch their brains off as they socialise with friends... However, let’s admit it, that can sometimes get repetitive and boring. That’s why we are always looking for a new place, to do the same thing.

Well now there is a new place and a new thing!

Whether you are talkative and never shut up or the quiet, silent type. Perhaps you are an introvert who wants to get out a little more, or an extravert who wants to take a few moments to slow down.

Designed and run by Psychologists

The aim is that individuals or groups come into the winebar, engage with our team of psychologists and mental wellbeing facilitators, who discuss, share, assist and guide individuals around the different psychological tables for cognitive reloading, emotional regulation, self-analysis and assessment, anxiety and stress amongst others; all while they have fun with friends, meet new people and have drinks in a relaxed, calm and social setting.

WHAT YOU WILL GET FOR SHOWING UP:

  1. Depending on the type of ticket you get, your ticket will include one or two glasses of wine available from the select menu for the Mental Well-being Winebar.
  2. A personality assessment based on your patterns of behaviour
  3. Fun psychology tricks, games and activities to engage your mind
  4. An opportunity to get your overthinking patterns predicted by a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society.
