About this Event

Join us in an effort to start 2023 with the proper mental clarity and strategy!

The morning will feature keynote speaker, Dr. Laura Luna, a Lynn Public School psychologist. Followed by a variety of break out sessions that participants can choose. In the afternoon, we'll participate in some hands-on activities that promote a healthy mental lifestyle.

Participants will leave the day with some great take-a-ways! We hope you will consider joining us!
