Mental Wealth: Community Roundtable Discussions
Mental Wealth is a community roundtable discussion series open to the public, created to bring people together over a shared meal and meaningful conversation.
Each session, we invite individuals with varied lived, professional, and community experiences to gather in a safe, welcoming space where curiosity, respect, and empathy guide the conversation—and judgment is not allowed.
In September, our Mental Wealth topic is **How Community Connections Help Combat Suicidal Ideation**.
We want to acknowledge that this is a deeply personal topic, and the conversation may bring up difficult emotions — sometimes in the moment, and sometimes in the days or weeks that follow. Please be gentle with yourself as you engage.
Mental health professionals will be present throughout the discussion to offer support. We also strongly encourage you to have a trusted professional available to continue the conversation if you find the subject matter affecting you beyond the session.
🧠 How it works:
• We share dinner together at 5:30 PM
• Guided roundtable discussion from 6:00–8:00 PM
✨ This event is designed to support thoughtful dialogue, connection, and community learning around mental health and wellness—whether you come to listen, share, or both.
📍 Registration is required for each session so we can accommodate dietary restrictions and accessibility needs.
Come as you are. Bring your perspective. Leave feeling more connected.
