?? Calling Black Girls in southeastern North Carolina! We are so excited to be hosting our amazing Youth Mental Health Symposium! Our goals are simple: 1️⃣ Black girls will learn about stress and how to identify it.
2️⃣ Black girls will leave with a toolkit of ways they can cope when things become overwhelming.
3️⃣ Black girls will build a healthy community with other Black girls because sisterhood is also a strategy for stress relief!
