Mental Health Resilience and Wellbeing in Ministry Workshop
About this Event
Mental Health Resilience & Wellbeing in Ministry is a practical, faith-sensitive workshop designed to help ministry leaders understand the unique pressures of ministry, recognize signs of stress and burnout, strengthen personal resilience, and develop healthier ways of sustaining themselves while caring for others.
This is a day to notice, reflect, learn, plan and strengthen the supports that make long-term ministry possible.
